Description

Our meat department dry ages whole beef tenderloins,  Choice or higher grade beef. We then trim the loin and cut you the center piece, also known as the Chateau Briand, and hand tie the loin. This is the same cut of meat used for Fillet Mignon. Each tenderloin is approximately 5 to 6 pounds. This item is perishable and MUST be shipped overnight.
